Afghani Soya Chaap Recipe

  • 500 gm soya chaap
  • 1/4 cup hung Curd
  • 2 tsp tandoori Masala
  • 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
  • 1/2 tsp garam Masala
  • 1/4 tsp lalmirch powder
  • 1/4 tsp black Pepper powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Butter as required

Method

  • Boil water in a pan. Add soya chaap in it and boil it on low flame for 7-8 minutes. Drain the water properly.

  • Now, preheat air fryer at 180 C for 5 minutes.
