Achari Soya Tikka Recipe
- 200g Soya chunks- easily found in many indian supermarkets
- 4 Tbsp Achari Masala
- 1 Tbsp green chilli minced
- 2 Tbsp ginger minced2 Tbsp garlic minced
- Salt to taste
- 2 Tbsp finely chopped fresh coriander
- 250g Greek yoghurt
- 5 Tbsp oil
- 2 Tbsp Cumin seeds
- Juice of 1/2 a lemon
Method
- Soak soya chunks in hot water for 7 to 10 minutes.
- Drain soya chunks water and keep it into a medium sized bowl, add the achari spice, minced ginger, chilli, salt, coriander and yoghurt.
- Add chaap pieces and mix it. Add capsicum and onions also to the marinade and mix properly. Add 2 tsp oil and refrigerate it for at least 1 hour.
- Put them in skewers and grill it in oven for about 25 minutes by changing sides.
- Also you can cook it one a non-stick pan by adding little oil and let it turn brown.
- Serve with coriander or tomato chutney.
